We do NOT ship to the following countries: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Myanmar, North Korea, Palestine Territory, Russia, Sierra Leone, South Sudan and Ukraine.
Delivery time is 1-4 business days across Europe. Please note:
- All orders are dispatched from Belgium.
- We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes. As Bioracer is a Belgian company, you may be subject to transactional fees. Please contact your bank for further information.
- Customers within the European Union will not be charged any additional duties upon receiving the order. Customers with a delivery address outside of the EU will often have to pay local duties or taxes themselves (UK is not part of the EU). If in doubt, check with your local customs office for rates. If you choose not to pay taxes and duties payable upon import and your package is returned to us, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the value of your product. You will not be refunded the shipping fee.
Returns
You have 30 days to return items from your order if unused.
The process is the following:
- Contact us at hello@bioracer.com with your order number
- Follow the instructions to send the item(s) back
- Your item(s) will be refunded within 5 days of receipt
Bioracer does not cover return costs for customers outside the European Union. The responsibility for these shipments lies with the customer, and Bioracer cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage that may occur during returns from outside the EU. Returns from outside the EU will be refunded.
The items should be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition: unwashed, unused and with their original label.
We can only accept returns from purchases made on shop.bioracer.com. If you have purchased a Bioracer product via a third party retailer, please contact them.
