What’s new
We have prepared an online workout event that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, from those challenging Fuji Hill for the first time to hill climbers aiming for bronze, silver, gold, and platinum finishers.
The workout period will be divided into “Base/Fundamentals” and “Build-up/Strengthening Physical Strength”, and a workout menu will be implemented to improve your condition in preparation for Fuji Hill.
We will focus on basics in March, build-ups in April, and series races just before Fuji Hill in May to help you reach your peak condition.
Group rides will be held based on these workout menus. Improve your performance and motivation by working with friends who have the same goals.
The conditions for joining the dojo are… Anyone with a Zwift account can join!

Participation in this Fuji Hill Dojo is free*. Even if you are not an applicant for the Mt. Fuji Hill Climb, you can participate from anywhere in the world, so please enjoy Fuji Hill’s group workout and time trial together.
Please prepare the necessary equipment, environment, and Zwift account by yourself.
A monthly fee is required to use Zwift’s services.

Workouts are weekly, so you can comfortably train to fit your lifestyle.
This time, one unit of workout will be carried out over 7 days, that is, 7 times over the course of one week.
Furthermore, AM will be held twice: “ASAGEIKO” (starting at 6:30) and PM will be “Base and Build-Up” (starting at 8:00). PM has two workouts (A/C, B/D categories, C and D are translated into English), so you can participate according to your lifestyle. When you don’t have time, select according to your current performance and condition.
The first week of each month will include time trials and group ramp tests.
To find out your current performance, time yourself on the standard course Alpe du Zwift and see where your performance is. We will also conduct a group ramp-up test as a new attempt. A ramp test is an FTP test with a gradual increase in load. You have to keep pedaling until you can no longer withstand this increasing load and go all out, but Fuji Hill Dojo is holding an event where groups can do this ramp test. If you try it with like-minded friends, you will be able to concentrate until the end even during the tough ramp-up test.

Use the measurement session held at the beginning of this month to get a firm grasp of your training indicators and maximize the effectiveness of your training.
How to unlock the jersey?
If you join the race in May (Dojo Racing Series p/b wahoo), you can get the Avatar jersey.
A special series will be held every Wednesday in May.
Starting Wednesday, May 8th, a three-game GC-style series will be held. This series will be sponsored by Wahoo. Race participants will be entered into a lottery to win Wahoo items. Individual and club awards will be held on the Fuji Hill Dojo website. Sharpen your legs with a real-life race event in preparation for Fuji Hill.

Points will be awarded to the top 30 people for each race (1st place: 30p, 2nd place: 29p, 3rd place: 28p – 30th place: 1p, 1p will be deducted from 1st place and below).
