Refund policy

You have 30 days to return items from your order if unused.

The process is the following:

• Contact us at hello@bioracer.com with your order number
  
• Follow the instructions to send the item(s) back
  
• Your item(s) will be refunded within 5 days of receipt

Bioracer does not cover return costs for customers outside the European Union. The responsibility for these shipments lies with the customer, and Bioracer cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage that may occur during returns from outside the EU. Returns from outside the EU will be refunded.

The items should be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition: unwashed, unused and with their original label.

We can only accept returns from purchases made on shop.bioracer.com. If you have purchased a Bioracer product via a third party retailer, please contact them.
