Our innovation doesn’t stop once a product is launched. By capturing feedback about prototypes and recently-launched products, our ProtoLab raises these products by making adjustments to the fit, the material composition, or the finishing of our products to be your favorite product.

At Bioracer, we keep our production in-house to ensure consistent quality and faster lead times. This approach not only allows us to deliver products swiftly but also reduces our ecological footprint by eliminating the need for large stock volumes and minimizing waste.
Our advanced digital printers allow us to print your design onto special paper, ensuring a level of detail, scalability, and print quality worthy of our most creative designers. This process guarantees that your unique designs are brought to life with unparalleled precision and clarity.
Our cutting experts take great care in cutting the large rolls of fabric into the individual components of your apparel, such as the front panel, back panel, and sleeves. By focusing on precision and accuracy, we ensure that each panel is perfectly prepared for the sublimation phase.
Using heat and pressure, we transfer the design from the paper onto the fabric, resulting in a permanent, full-color image that won’t peel, or fade over time. This technique allows the ink to penetrate the fabric, creating a vibrant, long-lasting print that maintains its quality wash after wash.
Our highly skilled seamstresses utilize the right stitch, thread, and technique to construct each garment with precision and care. By leveraging their expertise and attention to detail, we ensure that every piece is built to last, providing both comfort and durability.
